A Good Way to Start the Year

By John Cook, Chief Client Officer

We are in the first full week of 2015. Now is a good time to ask yourself some questions that may help you define the outcome for this year.

List your three best practices as a leader and manager.

How can you make these best practices exceptional?

Write out a defining moment you experienced in 2014.

What actions did you take to make it a reality? How will this help you in 2015?

Identify what you feel will be your greatest challenge in 2015.

What resources do you need to secure, now, to make this challenge successful?

As you identify a challenge, also identify a process you would like to change?

Who needs to be involved to make it happen?

Set one clear goal that you want to make for 2015.

What will be your target?

What is your timeline?

Wishing you initiative, self-discipline, and momentum as you begin!
